1. SHIPPING: We ship via USPS, Parcel Post to the U.S. and Canada. To receive your parcel quicker, you have the option of Priority Mail and Express mail. The shopping cart provides the closest possible estimate on postage. Charges are based on distance, size and weight of package(s). The USPS delivers to every address in the United States, including military addresses. Deliveries on Saturday and to residential addresses are accommodated at no extra cost. In certain cases, Bathtanicals retains the right to use the shipping vendor of their choice.
2. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. Should you receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of the damage, keep all packaging materials intact, then notify us at (423) 748-5845 or at .
